Welcome Aboard Avion Air!

Avion is an interactive virtual reality experience that takes you through the story of a child on their first airplane trip on Christmas Day. This narrative-driven experience takes place in 1967 on a Pan Am-inspired flight. During your flight, watch a daydream unfold out the window. Take flight, fly a plane and float on the clouds during this immersive experience.

Pre Production

As we gathered a team of 30 together, a top priority was getting word out about the project. We got a crew together to film multiple videos and gather photos for marketing & funding.

Where are you flying for the holidays?
In the experience of Avion, you’ll spend time in an airport inspired by SFO circa 1960s. This is one flight you don’t want to miss!

At our crew screening, we also got to participate in other activities inspired by Avion VR. We signed a poster pulled from the in-game airport, spent time coloring like the in-game character does, and played other VR games. Our airplane shaped cookie

Last weekend we got to share our demo with crew and friends! It was exciting to showcase what we’ve accomplished and to dream about how we may progress in the coming year. Consider this our connecting flight 😉 ✈️
